Help for schedule COVID Courts

USEFUL TIP: Remember, if you want to book a court for a time slot that is not being shown (the screens will default to show 5:00pm to 11:00pm, unless a court is booked) then you can simply go ahead an start to book a court on the required day, but any time slot that is available. You can then change the time as required. The times MUST fit in with the standard 45minute slots, i.e. 7:15, 8:00, 8:45, 9:30, 10:15, 11:00, 11:45, 12:30, 13:15, 14:00, 14:45, 15:30, 16:15, 17:00, 17:45, 18:30 etc...

You can change your Password and Contact Details by clicking in the Top Right Hand Corner on the YOUR SETTINGS option.

You can Book a Court or amend one of your own bookings, by simply Double-Click the appropriate Slot. The Schedule shows the Peak Times of 5:00pm to 11:00pm, unless earlier bookings have been made, which will then be shown. To Book an earlier slot, simply click on a slot on the required day and amend the time accordingly to the required Start Time.

Navigating the schedule

You can navigate to a different date by clicking the arrows next to the current date. You can select between different views of the schedule, for example, you can show a whole month or a single day by clicking the corresponding tab. You can get a list of available places in the calendar by clicking on the ‘Available’ tab.

Creating Bookings

Create new Bookings by clicking on an empty spot in the schedule. You can edit previously created Bookings by clicking on them. The table below indicates who is allowed to create or edit Bookings. The administrator determines which information needs to be entered and who can make changes to the schedule. When a window is in the way you can simply move it by dragging its title bar.

Access settings for this schedule

Who can create a login name:Only Club Members specified in advance by the administrator or a superuser can log in.
Who can see the schedule:Anyone who knows the web address can see it
Who can add Bookings:Club Members have to log in to add something
Who can change Bookings:Anyone who can add something, can change their own Bookings
